Lillian Tebbutt
With a diverse background in disability employment services and years of dedicated work in the not-for-profit sector for organizations such as the Leukaemia Foundation, Cancer Council Queensland (CCQ), Lung Foundation Australia, and CPL, Lillian Tebbutt has built her career around helping others. Her expertise spans community engagement, logistics, event planning, fundraising, and project management, giving her a unique skill set that now drives Tailored STA.
As an avid traveller with a heart for volunteering, Lillian has contributed to home-building projects and feeding programs, experiences that have shaped her passion for creating positive change. However, it was an incident earlier this year, while working as a support worker on an STA trip, that truly ignited the inspiration for her business. After witnessing firsthand the challenges disabled travellers faced and experiencing the inadequacies of the service herself, Lillian set out to create a better solution.
With Tailored STA, Lillian’s mission is to provide stress-free, personalised, and accessible travel experiences for disabled individuals, ensuring they can explore the world with confidence, dignity, and comfort.
